§1 SCOPE & CONSUMER INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all business relationships between you and Aretefour PLC (brand name: Noodlab).
The contractual language is English.
You may download, save or print this document from our website.

Your order details are stored but cannot be accessed directly for security reasons. You may review your stored information via “My Account”.

Before clicking “Buy Now”, you may correct any input errors during checkout using the available editing options.

These Terms also apply exclusively to all international business operations.

§2 REGISTRATION USER ACCOUNT

User accounts may only be created by persons with full legal capacity or legally authorized representatives of legal entities.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these conditions.

Misuse, manipulation or actions aimed at harming our website or obtaining unjustified benefits are strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to civil and criminal consequences.

We may block accounts in case of suspected violations.

You may delete your account at any time via customer service.

§3 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The product presentation in our online shop is not a binding legal offer.

By clicking “Buy Now”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
We may accept your offer within 5 calendar days by sending an order confirmation email or by shipping the goods.

If we do not accept within 5 days, your offer is deemed rejected.

No contract is concluded for items not listed in the order confirmation.

§4 DELIVERY

We deliver stock items within the UAE using Shopify Fulfillment Partner services. Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery to GCC countries (Gulf Cooperation Council) may take 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs processes.

If goods ordered as “in stock” become unavailable due to supplier failure, we may withdraw from the contract and refund any payments made.

Partial delivery may be made if reasonable and without added cost to you.

Delays due to force majeure extend delivery time.
If delays exceed 4 weeks, you may withdraw from the contract.

§5 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal according to UAE Consumer Protection Law.

§6 PRICES

All prices are stated in AED and include applicable VAT in the UAE.
Shipping costs apply according to §7.

§7 SHIPPING COSTS (UAE & INTERNATIONAL)

Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and are displayed during checkout.
For deliveries outside the UAE, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

We currently only deliver to countries selectable during checkout.

§8 PAYMENT TERMS

The purchase price is due immediately upon checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Shopify Payments

  • Other payment gateways as displayed during checkout

All payments must be made without deduction.
Offsetting or retention rights are only allowed where legally permitted.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively and do not apply to sale items unless otherwise stated.

§9 WARRANTY & LIABILITY

Warranty claims follow UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Normal wear and tear and damages due to improper use are not covered.

Liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this contract unless caused by intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

§10 CARE

Please follow the garment care instructions on the product labels.
Failure to follow care instructions voids warranty.

§11 RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods remain the property of Aretefour PLC until full payment is received.

§12 DATA PROTECTION

We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Your data is stored and processed only to fulfill your order and provide customer service.

You may request deletion or correction of your data anytime.

§13 CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM

You may join the Noodlab loyalty program to access exclusive benefits, early product launches, and customer service advantages.

Membership can be cancelled at any time via email.

§14 DATA RIGHTS — ACCESS & OBJECTION

You may request information about your stored personal data and object to processing for marketing purposes at any time by emailing:

§15 APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes:
Dubai Courts – United Arab Emirates

Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

§16 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any clause is found invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.

§17 DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are not obliged or willing to participate in voluntary consumer arbitration procedures under UAE law.
You may contact UAE consumer protection authorities if needed.
